| Our web site was built by three high school students in the fall of 2002. The students were part of the Sandpoint Job Service T.G.I.F.(Training Great Individuals For…) program to gain real world job skills and experience. The three goals for this project were: The students worked with a local web designer in a scheduled and structured work setting using a mobile computer lab from the University of Idaho Extension District One. They gathered all the content for the web site, took photos, and interviewed Habitat board members. Then an outline was created, graphics chosen and the template written for the web site. The students then placed type and graphics on the pages using Microsoft Front Page, and built the web photo galleries using Adobe Photoshop. T.G.I.F. Web Site Class sponsors: |
